Some important rules for the preparation of the conferences:
Your presentation description will be a part of the programming on the CAFÉ website if we receive this completed form before march 17. If this form is only completed after march 17 we cannot garantee that the presentation description will be a part of the programming on our website.
Speakers must be present at the stage 15 minutes before the beginning of their conference.
The visual support formats accepted by USB key are PowerPoint files (.ppt type) and/or video files.
If you choose to use your own laptop, CAFÉ will provide the HDMI cable for your presentation. (We will not provide any additional cable adapters).
In the interest of fairness and to facilitate the flow of our schedule, speakers must respect the time allotted for their conference.
Speakers will be required to take part in a technical test before their conference.
